il bello è che la classifica dei best album veniva malcagata quando è assai più fattibile di questa. la classifica best album era un modo per vedere quanto le classifiche per decadi fossero rappresentative veramente in un contesto più ampio

Ah adesso vado a vedere, ricordavo che nei 70 ( come ho scritto) ci fossero 4 Bowie , comunque mi farebbe piacere che rispondeste a quel che dico non a pezzi di frase, comunque se qua bisogna mettere solo roba sconosciuta ditelo.

Non mi pare di aver scritto questo (anche perché altrimenti tu non potresti farla ), ho solo risposto a chi diceva che con questa classifica si metterà roba insolita: manco per niente, si continuerà a mettere le solite cose, come state dimostrando, quindi perché non fare una classifica generale come si è fatto per tutti gli altri decenni?

Comunque Good, a me l'unica sensata sembra l'abbia detta gigiriva: se proprio vuoi fare una divisione, ha molto più senso "UK/USA" e "resto del mondo", che non bisogna sbattersi per dividerle, piuttosto che così com'è ora.

Altrimenti senza divisione di sorta e come viene viene.

Tanto se si guarda l'impossibilità di stilarne una, non è che questa diminuisca coi paletti: io per gli anni Sessanta, e mettendone solo una per artista, ho creato una lista di 400 canzoni su RYM, che amo tutte parimenti. Se la matematica non è un'opinione significa che potrei fare venti top-20 tutte diverse e tutte ugualmente valide per me: non sarà certo questo o quel paletto a semplificarmi la vita. Ne metterò 20 del tutto a caso e bona lì.

io avrei qualche problema a pensare al n 1, potrebbe benissimo essere una canzone che magari non faccio rientrare nelle 20 perché mi sono alzato con il mal di schiena o perché c'è la nebbia e sono malinconico. Per gli album è già più razionalistico fare una lista. Riguardo alla classifica canzoni la farei solo per generi.

In realtà non c'entra niente: il testo non è una ninna nanna, la musica non è una ninna nanna, l'arrangiamento è un mix di pop e jazz come se ne possono trovare molti in quell'epoca.
Ci fosse scritto Frank Sinatra, Chet Baker, qualche chansonnier o anche solo Domenico Modugno (di cui potrebbe tranquillamente essere un pezzo) adesso ti staresti togliendo il cappello, invece la canta uno che per scriverne il nome correttamente bisogna usare il copia-incolla, quindi vai di facile ironia.
